Student and Academic Services
Student and Academic Services (SAS) provides
senior leadership in student and academic administration, in a
distributed service environment, and is responsible for the development
and maintenance of policy, information systems, and procedures.
The unit coordinates and provides quality assurance for a number of University functions, including student admissions, enrolments, examinations, graduations, student finance, and scholarships.
The unit also provides information and analysis on a wide range of issues related to academic and students administration, including national and international trends, and interpretation and implementation of legislative requirements.
Undertaking our roles and responsibilities in an environment of continuous improvement, SAS is committed to providing service which is responsive, timely, and reliable.
Campus Central
Within SAS, Campus Central is a key service area provided on all campuses of the University and is the first contact point for students on matters relating to their study. Operating in a team-based continuous improvement environment, Campus Central offices are committed to providing quality service to students and University staff.
