Research outputs
In this section of the portfolio, you can search for, select and rank your four best research outputs from a display of your publications. These publications will include only those from the reference period (2001-6) which have been recorded in ResearchMaster during the UniSA annual publications collections.
The system will prompt you to email the details of any publications not previously submitted that you wish to be added.
Some researchers, for example early career researchers, may be unable to select a complete set of four outputs. If you select less than four outputs, please ensure that you have recorded your special circumstances in the relevant portfolio section. Please include the timeframes and details of these special circumstances and the way in which they have impacted on your research capacity over the reference period.
In the next section of the portfolio you will be required to enter justifications for each of the four selected research outputs. These are the reasons why you consider the publication to be one of your 'best'.
Details displayed
In the research outputs section of the portfolio, the following details will be displayed.
DEEWR category
This will display the DEEWR category of the publication, for example,
refereed journal article.
More about the
UniSA publications collection
Authors
All named authors on the publication will be listed.
Title
This will display the title of the research output - for example, the title
of the article.
Journal
This will display the publication name.
QA
Publications which were recorded and audited during the annual publications
collections will be noted as 'yes' for QA. Publications subsequently added
which have not passed through this collection audit will be recorded as 'no'
for QA.
Journal Impact Factor
The system will automatically display, if applicable, the current
Thomson impact factor for the journal.
