Welcome to the GradPad
The GradPad provides online spaces where higher degree by research (HDR) students can collaborate, create and join research communities and support networks both inside and outside the University. GradPad encompasses:
HDR student home pages
Having a personal home page increases your profile as a researcher and supports networking with other researchers and practitioners beyond the University - your home page will come up in a Google search!
Every HDR student already has a personal home page. To find yours, type your name into the Directory of Higher degree by research students. You can add your own information such as:
- some words about yourself and an image
- thesis details
- any research you have published or professional associations you’re involved with
- web links to online resources you want to share that relate to your
research.
Online discussion spaces for research groupings
In these collaborative spaces, in a secure and user friendly environment (using SharePoint software) you can:
- share your research questions, issues and documents
- contact UniSA peers.
Currently there are six GradPad discussion spaces, one for each of the six UniSA research institutes.
Follow a link below to enter a discussion space - if you are not already a member of the discussion space, an automatic request for access will be sent to the GradPad administrator who will respond to your request. External researchers can also participate if approved by that GradPad’s administrator.
