This workshop introduces the cross-cultural context when supervising international postgraduate students, identifies the differing needs and cross-cultural issues in supervision, offers some strategies to assist students from different cultural backgrounds through the various stages of their research, and provides hypothetical scenarios and activities for supervisors.
