Research degrees
These
scholarships are offered to researchers in the field of early childhood
education (birth to 8 years).
The purpose of the scholarship is to advance knowledge in early
childhood education. The scholarship is available to any Australian
citizen(s) working in Australia.
The value of the Jean Denton
Memorial Scholarship will be up to a maximum of $16,000
(tax exempt).

Applications for the Lillian de Lissa Action Research Scholarship are invited from qualified
educators who are working with
children aged birth to 8 years in South Australia. Applicants for the scholarship must hold an early childhood
qualification. Where a group applies, the main applicant must hold an
early childhood qualification.
The value of the Action Research Scholarship will be up to
$7,000.

Applicants for the Lillian de Lissa Scholarship are invited
from permanent and contract (2 years minimum) employees of the
Department of Education and Children's Services who are working with
children aged (birth to 8 years). The scholarship is available to persons
with a qualification in early childhood education who
wish to undertake postgraduate studies or research in early childhood.
The Lillian de Lissa Full Scholarship is to a maximum of $36,000 (tax
exempt). The purpose of the scholarship is to enable the applicant to
take leave from employment to complete postgraduate research in early
childhood education leading to a higher degree.

Applications for the Lillian de Lissa Tuition Fees Scholarship are
invited from permanent and contract (2 years minimum) employees of the
Department of Education and Children's Services who are working with
children (birth to 8 years). The scholarship is available to persons
with a qualification in early childhood education who
wish to undertake postgraduate studies.
The purpose of this scholarship is to pay university tuition
fees.
