The Early Career Researcher Development Program is for academic staff in the early stages of their research careers who are seeking opportunities for strategic career planning and skill development in the area of academic research - Research Leadership Program - selected researchers participate in the program, and also receive individual and group mentoring and substantial financial support for their research over the life of the program
