Quality and accreditation
Research and Innovation Services provides support for the management of research and consultancy projects. Its policy and procedures for project management incorporate efficient administrative processes, training and development of staff, customer feedback and mechanisms for the continual review and improvement of the processes. The Quality Management System is certified to ISO9001:2008

The registration covers the Quality Management System for the project management of knowledge based services which use the resources of the University of South Australia. The services include research and consultancy for Industry, Government and the community. Certificate No. QEC6382.
