Editorial positions
The Research Centre for Languages and Cultures has a close relationship with several journals.
Positions as Editor or Member of Editorial Board
Tony Liddicoat has been the Co-Editor Current Issues in Language Planning , an international language planning journal published by Multilingual Matters, since 1999. Tony has also been on the Editorial Board of the Australian Review of Applied Linguistics, the journal of the Applied Linguistics Association of Australia, since 1998; prior to that he was the Editor from 1993 until 1998.
Jonathan Crichton has been a member of the Editorial Advisory Committee of the English Australia Journal since 1998.
Kathleen Heugh was an Associate Editor of Language Policy from 2005 to 2009, and is now a member of the Editorial Board. She has also been an Advisory Editor for the book series Linguistic Diversity and Language Rights since 2002.
Refereeing
