'File Upload' services
There are two methods which can be used to upload files for processing
or printing at Document Service:
- use email for sending 'small' files
- not recommended for files > approx 3Mb
- file(s) to be sent can be attached to an email in the normal
way
- use the email to describe how you would like the files to be
processed or printed
- for further information see
"FAQs - sending files
via email"
- use our 'DocuShare' service for
sending 'large' files
- 'DocuShare' is a browser based, intranet / internet file
upload service
- it may be accessed via any standard browser from any PC or
MAC
- it can be used to upload 'large' files of any size or type
which would be unsuitable for sending as email attachments
- you can logon to DocuShare now
if you already have a DocuShare username and password
- you must REGISTER to acquire a DocuShare username and
password to use this service
How to use the DocuShare service
- To logon to the DocuShare service, you must have a valid DOCUSHARE
username and password
- You can obtain a valid DocuShare username and password by
REGISTERING as a DocuShare user

to a private and secure DocuShare DROPBOX into which you will be able to upload your
files and print jobs. (There are no practical restrictions on the size
or numbers of files that can be uploaded during a DocuShare session)
