Document Service, University of South Australia

Document Services operates under the provisions of the Copyright Act and a statutory license agreed between Universities Australia and the Copyright Agency on behalf of all Australian Universities.

University of South Australia staff can rely on the provisions in the Copyright Act 1968 and Statutory Licensing Schemes to copy and communicate limited amounts of text, images and audio-visual works for use in the University of South Australia's teaching programs. Conditions and limits may vary depending on the type and format of the material being copied.

Document Services will require a signed copyright declaration with each item submitted for printing. This declaration is included on our standard print request form.

If you do not own the copyright in the work you will require written permission of the copyright owner.

If you are a staff member of the University of South Australia then you may copy under the University's Part VB copyright licence with the Copyright Agency Limited. Such copied material may only be distributed to UniSA staff or students.
