Welcome to Document Services
Operating under the Facilities Management portfolio, Document Services is the in-plant printery of the University of South Australia (UniSA).
We operate as a commercial printery on a self funded unit, full cost recovery basis.
We provide
a wide range of printing and associated services to in-house clients,
students and staff of the university, and to our external clients in the
public and private sectors.
Our mission statement is:
We will be the provider of choice of quality printing, document
reproduction and associated services for clients from within the
University of South Australia and for selected clients in the Public and
Private sectors.
Our primary focus is on the delivery of superlative customer service and
quality products at a fair price.
We are committed to the pursuit of excellence in all
of our endeavours, and we aim is to exceed customer expectations in respect of service,
satisfaction and convenience.
