Change my password
To change your password, select the link Change my password on the right hand side of the my Resources page. New passwords will be converted to lowercase. Passwords must start with a letter, use only letters or digits and be between 6 to 8 characters in length. Please wait for 15 minutes before using your new password as it may take this long for the change to be made to all of the relevant University servers. If you have problems or questions regarding passwords, the IT Help Desk General FAQ will help.
Setup my password reset account
You can setup a self service password reset account which allows you to reset your password by answering predefined questions and answers. Select the link 'Setup my password reset account' on the right hand side of the my Resources page. There are two choices available - either create your own custom question by selecting the radio button 'Create my own question' or select from a pre-defined list of questions by selecting the radio button 'Choose a predefined question'.
Once your password reset account is setup, you can reset your password by providing your Username, student ID, Date of Birth and the answer to the pre-prepared question.
