Academic record contains the details of all of your current and previous
program and course enrolments. This section also includes current and
previous Results summaries, Enrolment summaries, Commonwealth Assistance
Notices (CAN) and Enrolment Confirmation Notice (ECN).

Your GPA is hidden for your privacy, to view it select 'View GPA' and it will display, to hide it again select 'Hide GPA'.

my Enrolment
The link to my Enrolment will enable you to enrol directly into other University of South Australia classes. my Enrolment allows you to undertake activities related to your enrolment program, including adding and withdrawing units, changing your expected course completion or cancelling your course enrolment.
You can enrol online each year if you are studying an undergraduate or postgraduate program at UniSA in Australia.
my Parchment
Gives a preview of your parchment(s) allowing you to identify if there are any errors in the way your name or program is displayed.
Record of Study
The Record of Study is your unofficial transcript. The information is updated regularly from the student records data and you can view either all of the programs you have studied or only display the information for an individual program.
To ensure the most current information is included produce an updated Record of Study by selecting the 'Create record of study' button. Please note that this process can take up to an hour.
Credit Assessor
The Credit Assessor site allows you to assess how much credit you can obtain for prior study.
my Scholarships
Displays information about offered scholarships, required documentation, scholarships you are eligible for and other related information.
Alumni
Link to the Alumni website and discover the benefits of being a member of UniSA Alumni.

Credit transfer
Select your program name and a link to credit transfer details will appear.
It is the policy of the University to grant credit, exemption and studies-in-lieu on the basis of prior learning whether from formal studies, or professional, work or life experience. Upon approval, the details for credit and studies-in-lieu granted on the basis of prior learning will show on this page. Please note exemption is an internal arrangement between you and your course coordinator and will therefore not show on this page.
my Graduation
Graduations information is found on the my Graduation page which is accessed from my Academic record.
When you are eligible to graduate the details of your graduation ceremony will display including:
- Event - Description of the event for example December Graduation 2008
- Attendance Status - This is populated once you have registered to your intention to attend or not attend the graduation ceremony
- Respond By - The date that you must respond by to be able to attend the event
- Program - Program that you will be graduating in
- Go to my Graduation - link to register to graduate and confirm your details
Any previous awards are also listed on this page.
Research
This option will only display for research students. Information displayed in this section includes:
- Commencement date
- (Predicted) Completion date
- Research approved date
- Actual completion date
- Leave dates
- Scholarship details
- Supervisor details
Notices
- Results notices: after each result release date results will be added to you yearly result notice. The current year notice will display by default with all previous year result notices viewable by selecting 'Previous results'.
- Enrolment summary: you summary of enrolments displays all course enrolments for the year. The current year summary will display by default with all previous year result notices viewable by selecting 'Previous enrolment summaries'.
- Commonwealth Assistance Notice (CAN): The Commonwealth Assistance Notice (CAN) is provided to all enrolled commonwealth supported students and contains important information about enrolment, fees and HELP debts at the census date for each study period. The CAN for the most recent study period will display by default with all previous CANs viewable by selecting 'Previous commonwealth assistance'.
- Enrolment Confirmation Notice (ECN): The Enrolment Confirmation Notice (ECN) contains important information about enrolment and fees at the census date for each study period. The ECN for the most recent study period will display by default with all previous ECNs viewable by selecting 'Previous commonwealth assistance'.
