Health Sciences scholarships

Sansom Institute Summer Vacation Scholarship
A six-week laboratory or pharmacy-based placement open to students who have successfully completed the second year of any School of Pharmacy and Medical Science undergraduate degree or the Bachelor of Science program at UniSA.

School of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences International Undergraduate Scholarships
Up to 23 partial scholarships are awarded to international students in the School each year.

Mutual Community Transition Grants
Several grants for financially-needy first time university students who are commencing full-time study in a health science degree.

Rural Vacation Placement Bursary Program
Bursaries supporting health science students to undertake project work with the Spencer Gulf Rural Health School in Whyalla during summer vacation.

Spencer Gulf Rural Health School Honours Research Bursaries
Four bursaries open to health sciences honours students involved in research into rural, regional, remote or Aboriginal health issues.

University-wide scholarships

Don Hawke Memorial Scholarship
Open to commencing students from a financially disadvantaged and rural background, who have had a gap between leaving high school and beginning university studies.

Gavin Wanganeen Indigenous Scholarship
Open to Indigenous students enrolled in any UniSA undergraduate program.

The Irene and David Davy Scholarship for Advancement of Indigenous Education
Open to Indigenous students in the final or Honours year of any UniSA undergraduate degree.

The Royal Commonwealth Society South Australia Inc Scholarship
One scholarship awarded every three years awarded to a student who is new to higher education and enrolled full-time in a UniSA undergraduate degree.

High Achiever Research Vacation Scholarships
Several scholarships open to undergraduate students in their third or Honours year who are offered the opportunity to undertake research at a recognised research institute or centre within UniSA.

Unibooks Scholarship for Honours Students
Open to students in an Honours year of any discipline at UniSA.
