HDR publication grant

We wish to encourage postgraduate students to publish their research during candidature. Accordingly, the Sansom Institute will present a Publication Grant for each paper for which the student is first author, and which is accepted in a peer-reviewed journal. There will be no limit on the number of publication grants per student.

Eligibility & Conditions

The grants are open to currently enrolled UniSA Masters and PhD research students.

Each grant will have a value of $350: grants are to be used to support the student’s research (for example, conference travel, society membership, research networking).

In the event that a student has multiple first-author publications, each publication will qualify for a grant of $350.

Students must complete the HDR Publication Grant form and FS3 Expenditure Claim form (if requiring direct receipt of funds). Please note that it is a condition of the grant that you supply confirmation of publication (manuscript in press); identify the Sansom Institute & School PMB in the publication; be first author on the publication; the journal is peer-reviewed.
