School of Pharmaceutical, Molecular and Biomedical Sciences

Process of academic review

1) PROVISIONAL results are posted on LOOKUP.

2) The results are only PROVISIONAL (so PLEASE do NOT telephone or Email the course coordinators at this stage)

3) The School Board responsible for your Program will meet soon after this and scrutinise the performance of each student.

4) If you have not passed but have a mark of 45% or better, AND you have achieved the necessary standards, you may be offered a Supplementary Assessment or you may be given a CP or TP.

5) If you have applied for a Deferred Examination or a Special Consideration, the members of the Board will look at your application (Medical Certificate etc.) and decide whether to grant your request or not.

6) After you receive your Official Results, you may contact the course coordinator to make enquiries about your result etc.

The Supp. and Deferred Examinations will be held in mid-January for semester 2 courses and in the first few weeks of semester 2 for semester one courses.
