Who we are
Planning and Assurance Services (PAS) works cooperatively with all areas of the University of South Australia to improve corporate performance by supporting and improving processes and frameworks for decision making at all levels of management. Read our statement of strategic intent.
The unit sits within the the Finance and Resources Portfolio, and is headed by the Director, Warren Einarson. Administrative and project support is provided by the Administrative Officer, Trish Hanlon.
What we can do for you
PAS has four teams:
- Audit and Risk Management provides an independent, objective assurance activity to improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes across the University.
- Business Intelligence is responsible for developing and managing the University's data environment to provide up-to-date information to support management decision making.
- Institutional Analytics undertakes analysis and market research to enhance understanding of key corporate, sector and strategic information to support management decision making.
- Review and Planning manages the process of corporate review and planning, and prepares the University for the cyclical quality audit.
