Deferred            HECS liable student who deferred all or part of liability
Paid up-front, discount               HECS liable student who paid full liability up-front with discount
Paid up-front, no discount         HECS liable student who paid full liability up-front with no discount
FPUG         A non-overseas student who is paying tuition fees for an undergraduate award program. Excludes student enrolled in remedial or fast tracking courses
FPPS        A non-overseas student who is paying tuition fees for a postgraduate program. Excludes students enrolled in remedial of fast tracking courses.
FPOS           A fee-paying overseas student who is not sponsored under a foreign aid program, and including students with these awards: OPRS (Overseas Postgraduate Research Scheme); SOPF (Special Overseas Postgraduate Fund); Australian-European Awards Program; and the Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan. Excludes OPRS and SOPF students who have category 818 visas.
Overseas - non-fee       An overseas student who is not a fee-paying overseas student but is subject to the Overseas Student Charge arrangements
FPOS Sponsored  A fee-paying overseas student who is sponsored under a foreign aid program. Includes those with Australian Development Cooperation Scholarships (ADCOS) and any other Australian foreign aid program for which students are enrolled in institutions by the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID).
Bridging     A non-overseas disadvantaged student enrolled in an enabling program (i.e. bridging or supplementary program).
Non award        A student enrolled in a non-award program.
Employer Sponsored   A student enrolled in a program fully funded by an employer.
Research over limit     A non-overseas student enrolled in a Higher Doctorate. Ph.D by research or thesis, or Masters degree by research or thesis program who has exceeded the maximum time limit for completion of such a program.
29            A non-overseas student who is paying tuition fees for a remedial or fast tracking course, or courses in a non-standard semester.
30          Overseas student in Australia as an exchange student and who is paying tuition fees or has their fees paid for them.
UG Scholarship     A non-overseas student holding a Commonwealth-funded, merit-based, undergraduate HECS-exemption scholarship for disadvantaged students
CIPS         A student in a Commonwealth-industry place and is deemed by the institution to be exempt from HECS.
WEI A non-overseas student whose FULL load is work experience in industry.
Aust PG Scholarship      A student with an Australian Postgraduate Award awarded by the institution, or a student with an Overseas Postgraduate Research Scholarship (OPRS) who has a category 818 visa, or a Special Overseas Postgraduate Fund (SOPF) student who has a category 818 visa.
71        A non-overseas student enrolled in an Australian Maritime College Special Program
72            A fee-paying overseas student enrolled in an Australian Maritime College Special Program
99        A student enrolled in an Avondale Special Program
TAFE            A student enrolled in a TAFE program
