Element 504 (Country of birth code) must be "1100", "9998", "9999" or match one of the codes shown in Appendix G - Standard Australian Classification of Countries in the student help file.

These codes also appear in the field "Code" in records in the DestpacYYYY.mdb database table "Country2000".
