Raise a Data Quality issue

This web page is to enable University staff to easily raise data quality issues in relation to the University corporate systems.

The issue will be forwarded to Planning and Assurance Services, who will review the issue and contact you, if required, to refine the issue.

It will then be forwarded to the appropriate Data steward.

Issues will then be reviewed, prioritised and actioned regularly on a priority basis by each Data steward.

Issues will be reviewed in context - several low priority issues relating to a specific function might well justify a higher priority when grouped together.

There are two components to resolving a data quality issue

Please understand that resolving a data quality issue is not necessarily a trivial exercise, the required resources can be quite significant and resolution could take some time implement.

STUDENT DATA -  If the request relates to Student information at an operational or transactional level, select Unit: "Student Admin Services".

Impact: Please briefly describe what impact this issue has on your School / Unit e.g. extra work, delay, lack of confidence in data, economic loss?. Is this issue likely to affect other users?
