The Business Intelligence team
The Business Intelligence (BI) team is responsible for establishing and coordinating the University’s BI strategy, developing and managing a corporate wide application environment for BI tools and reporting, and establishing a comprehensive and consistent enterprise data resource that meets the information needs of the University.
The particular skills and knowledge that this team offers the University community include:
- managing and maintaining the structure and content of the University's management reporting environment UniSAinfo Reporting
- providing consultative and technical expertise in the development and use of BI tools including Enterprise Planning
- managing and coordinating training for BI tools
- developing, with Information Strategy and Technology Services, a management reporting data warehouse.
This team of six staff is led by Manager: Business Intelligence, Marc Conboy. Other team members are:
