This activity requires you to work in small groups. You will be asked to form a group with other representatives of your Ministry to answer the following questions:
  1. Identify a program or activity that your Ministry might adapt, or develop in response to the problem of early school leavers and their impacts.
  2. What results/outcomes would you seek to achieve by implementing these changes?
  3. What performance measures would you put in place to indicate that you have achieved your results?
Summary method
Nominate a person in your group to record your answers on a writing pad (to be provided). This activity is an introduction to a "Budget game" activity and you may wish to keep the knowledge generated in this activity within your Ministerial group for the time being.
