Centre for Participation and Community Engagement (PACE)

The Centre for Participation and Community Engagement (PACE) has been established to coordinate the University’s aim of increasing opportunities for participation in education and lifelong learning. UniSA and its antecedent institutions have a long history of working with communities in the northern Adelaide area to strengthen, focus and coordinate activities that will improve educational outcomes.

In conjunction with schools, other education providers, government, industry and the broader community, PACE will build on existing UniSA initiatives and achievements, develop new strategies to enhance educational opportunities and facilitate connectivity with the community. PACE is focused on developing aspirations and pathways for access to higher education, as well as ensuring that students have every support to enable them to succeed once they are at University. Working with our partners and the broader community we will strive to ensure there are clear and accessible opportunities for lifelong learning and educational achievement.
