How do I apply for a deferred examination?

The OUA Application to defer final examination form shall be lodged at Campus Central Whyalla no later than five working days after the date of the examination. The application must be supported by an original copy of either a valid medical report or other appropriate evidence.
Please note: If you live in a remote location, you can submit your form by fax or email within 5 days of the date of the examination, however, you will still need to submit the original documents and your application will not be processed until the original documents are received. The original documents must be received at Campus Central Whyalla within 15 days of the date of the exam.
