Orientation is essential for new students as it allows you to familiarise yourself with your campus, your program and the resources available to help you with your studies. At UniSA, Orientation isn't just a day or a week. It ends when you feel confident finding information, services and resources you need as a student. You can see links in the left-hand menu under Orientation that will take you to lots of valuable information for students starting at UniSA.
Welcome Area
The Welcome Area on your campus is a great place to meet Welcome Buddies and UniSA staff in a relaxed, informal atmosphere as well as gather information about life at UniSA, enrolment, find accommodation and the latest information about orientation activities on your campus.
Information sessions
During your Orientation period on campus there will be a schedule of information sessions that will be of interest to students who are new to UniSA and Adelaide. These sessions include information on your program, how to succeed at UniSA, how to get around Adelaide or your campus, finding accommodation and how to use UniSA's online systems. Midyear orientation sessions will start from Monday 19 July 2010 at all metropolitan campuses.
