Student
wraps up $6000 with winning e-card design
The
winner will be announced at an award ceremony to be held this
Friday, 25th October, at UniSA's City West Campus from 5.30
pm until 7.00 pm in the Barbara Hanrahan Building – Room BH2-09.
UniSA
students were invited by Adelaide commercial law firm Kelly & Co, to
design an innovative electronic Christmas card for their national and
international clients and contacts.
Students
from many disciplines of the University, including art, design, and
information technology, entered the competition, displaying a high calibre
of technical design and originality.
“The
competition has given the students an opportunity to test their design
skills in the commercial world, and the winner will be able to showcase
their design to an international audience,” Kelly & Co Marketing
coordinator, Dianne Lennell.
“It
is an rewarding opportunity to provide that kind of opportunity to a young
South Australian and also to strengthen valuable partnerships between the
University and industry.”
All
e-card entries will be shown at the Award Ceremony, the winner will be
announced from the three finalists.
