Project Management (Assets and Facilities)

The activities of Asset and Facilities Managers can range from high level strategic decision making through to the operational management of facilities. They are responsible for coordinating physical assets, information technology and human resources of organisations to provide the most effective service delivery.
Virtually all organisations with infrastructure and property assets of any scale have a Facilities and/or Asset Management Department. As organisations strive to make more effective use of existing assets and seek more sustainable solutions to new assets, then the demand for properly educated and qualified Facilities and Asset Managers will increase.
