The School of NBE welcomed 2009 research students with
a Postgraduate Poster Presentation on Thursday, 9 April at Mawson Lakes.
An encouraging turnout of staff and students enjoyed a number of
informative research activities including a '6 questions in 60 seconds'
session and interviews of all students who presented posters by
Professor Chris Daniels, NBE's Head of Research. The afternoon was
closed with a presentation by Professor Nanthi Bolan, UniSA Dean of
Graduate Studies.
The impressive pool of 18 students, whilst all to be commended, produced five special mentions and one overall winner. Congratulations to Mary Anne Binnie for the most outstanding presentation, as well as Behnoosh Bazr Afkan, Tim Johnson, Susi Susiliwati, Philip Roetman and Sue Irvine for receiving high merit.
The six winning posters have been entered into the Divisional Postgraduate Poster Competition.
