Creating & authoring ezines using the CRM

The CRM has a sophisticated ‘email wizard’ that can create and send ezines to targeted groups of contacts stored on the database. Email communications may include: invitations, reminders, rsvp confirmation, and follow-ups for events; competitions; and surveys.

Liaise with your Divisional Marketing Coordinator if you would like to find out more about creating and sending ezines.

To become an ezine author, you must attend a training session. These ‘hands-on’ tutorial style sessions are held a couple times a year. Contact your Marketing Coordinator: Future Student Contact to find out when the next training session is scheduled.
