Why advertise? Advertising is a great way to
launch an event or session, to promote a program, or to
raise the UniSA profile and brand.
Competition and Consumer (Cth) Act 2010
In advertising on behalf of the University, we need to be mindful of our obligations under the Competition and Consumer Act (CCA). This Act contains provisions prohibiting corporations from engaging in restrictive trade practices and unconscionable conduct; and also on consumer protection, including dealings with suppliers, competitors, research partners, students and users of our services and premises.
