Overview
The Applied Statistics Group draws most of its members from the statisticians located on the City West Campus, with some other members from the Mawson Lakes Campus.
The group is the main centre of statistical expertise within the University of South Australia, and is the primary focus for statistical activity in teaching, consulting and research.
Activities of the group include:
- a strong research program
- managing the undergraduate Statistics teaching program
- providing statistical consulting both inside and outside the university
