Local induction process
The local induction process is as follows:

Read the information contained in the Occupational Health and Safety Induction process click on the link above. Your School Administrator, Anja van Vliet, can work through this with you, if necessary. It contains local information of relevance to you to ensure that you are aware of the policies and procedures that are in place within the School of Mathematics & Statistics to create a healthy and safe work environment.

Click on the OHS Induction Questionnaire link above, fill out and submit the questionnaire form. This will be automatically forwarded to the School Administrator and you should receive a confirmation page after submission.
After you have worked through this information, you will be asked to print out and sign the induction checklist (available at the above link), indicating that you have been inducted into the Occupational Health, Safety, Welfare and Injury Management system. This signed document should be forwarded to the School Administrator, School of Mathematics & Statistics, Y3-76, City West campus.
