Another important function of the PSA is to be a 'voice' of postgraduate
scholars, an intermediary between the scholars, the school and the
university. The PSA has been allocated a seat at both the School of
Management's Research Committee as well as School Board. We would like
to use these positions to bring to light the issues and concerns
experienced by postgraduate scholars.
The PSA will also, from time to time, develop position papers that will
bring together common concerns and issues and seek to identify
solutions. To enable this to occur, the PSA will distribute draft
position papers to postgraduate scholars for feedback and comment. Final
versions will then be presented to School Board as an agenda item.
Results from this will then be communicated to all scholars.
