Students require a number of personal and
professional qualities in order to succeed both within the program and
eventually within the business management profession. Students need excellent
verbal, written and interpersonal skills, flexible and open minds, a creative
approach to problem-solving, and the ability to think logically and clearly.
They need strong organisational skills and must be able to work well within team
environments. People who make good management students and effective managers
have an ability and desire to make sound decisions, set and achieve goals, and
be enthusiastic in implementing change.
