What does it take?
Good human resource managers have excellent verbal, written and
interpersonal skills; they have flexible and open minds, a creative approach
to problems and must think logically and clearly. They require well
developed leadership skills, the ability to work well in team environments,
and are able to make sound decisions based on the objective examination of
relevant materials. Good human resource managers must be able to effectively
and efficiently achieve goals through people.
