Learning Advice
Learning Advisers are lecturers who assist local and international students to develop skills to become successful in academic study.
Learning Advisers:
- provide support with assignment writing and academic language development
- assist students to get the most out of lectures and tutorials
- work closely with lecturers in schools on all campuses to support students to develop the academic skills necessary to meet the demands of study
- work with students individually either in drop-in sessions or short appointments. This can be done via telephone or email for external students and students with special circumstances.
Other services include online resources and on-campus workshops. Off campus students can access the full range of services.
