Congratulations, you’ve received your offer letter but what happens next?
Accept your offer
If you’re ready to accept your offer, log into our International Application System and complete the following quick and easy steps to accept your offer in our secure online system:
- Log in and view your submitted applications with an offer.
- Click on the ‘Actions’ button and select ‘Respond to offer’.
- Check your offer details are correct and select ‘Accept Offer’.
- Upload any additional documents required to meet your condition/s (if applicable).
- Select the box to confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions of the offer.
- Enter your full name and any comments you have and click ‘Accept Offer’.
- You will then be taken to UniSA's Convera payment platform for Students where you will be instructed on how to make a payment via Bank. Transfer or Credit Card.
- Once you have finalised your payment, your Admissions Officer will be automatically advised so they can action your acceptance of offer.
Make sure your offer letter is correct
If you have any questions regarding your offer letter or you need to request a late arrival or program change, log into our online International Application System and complete the following steps:
- Log in and view your submitted applications with an offer.
- Click on the ‘Actions’ button and select ‘Send Message’.
- Type your request in the section ‘Your Message’.
- Click ‘Send’.
- Your Admissions Officer will contact you to assist you with your request.
Defer your offer
If you’re unable to commence your program and you need to defer your offer to a later intake, log into our online International Application System and complete the following steps:
- Log in and view your submitted applications with an offer.
- Click on the ‘Actions’ button and select ‘Respond to offer’.
- Select ‘Defer Offer’ and choose your new ‘Intake’ from the list of available Study Periods.
- Provide any additional documents or comments and click ‘Defer Offer’.
- Your Admissions Officer will contact you to assist you with your request.
Receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
A CoE is required when applying for student visa entry into Australia. Once you have successfully accepted your offer by providing all required documentation and paying the Acceptance Fee, the CoE will be emailed to you within two business days. Please contact the Department of Home Affairs (HA) or the Australian Embassy in your home country to apply for your student visa.
