Support for Students
Student competency and confidence with learnonline will be critical to the success of the learnonline project.
Considerable project resources have been dedicated to ensuring that students receive the requisite training and support to enable them to be confident and competent within the new learning platform.
To support students the following training and support resources will be available:
- Online resources which will include quick reference guides and instructional videos on Moodle and associated tools
- On call support from the existing University ISTS Help Desk systems.
For students the IT Help Desk will remain the single point of contact for
assistance with learnonline.
