In Australia, the rights of creators and users of copyright material are legislated in the Copyright Act 1968 and apply to any work made or created in Australia.

Copyright infringement is an offence under the law and the University takes its copyright obligations seriously. learnonline will have inbuilt capabilities to enable the University to monitor and audit learning materials available within the system so as to ensure that they are compliant with copyright law. |
