Welcome
The Laser Light Scattering and Materials Science Group is led by
Professor John C. Thomas who has over
twenty five years experience in light scattering and particle sizing in the
commercial and academic sectors. Members of this group have a broad range of skills and research interests in physics, chemistry, electronics, mathematics and computing.
Within this site you can also view the students who have come to the group to do their final year Applied Physics projects, vacation work and general work experience.
The Laser Light Scattering and Materials Science Group has a strong collaboration with the Applied Centre for Surface and Synchrotron Studies (ACeSSS) and is associated with the School of Electrical and Information Engineering at the Mawson Lakes campus.
