Background
Namita Roy Choudhury did her PhD at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and a post-doctoral fellowship in CNRS, France, investigating the role of adhesion and surface modification of colloidal fillers on the performance of their composites. She worked at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) as a Research Engineer and part time teaching in the inaugural Polymer Engineering course. She commenced at the University of South Australia in 1996.

Prof Roy Choudhury works at the interface of Polymer Science, Biomaterials and Sustainable Materials.
