All students are required to complete a Wark induction CD. If you
require further information on induction, please contact:

Leave of absence
All students must complete a UniSA
application for leave of absence form for both recreation and sick
leave. Once this form has been signed by your immediate supervisor, please
forward it to Madelene Pierce for processing
