Australia-India strategic research fund
The Ian Wark Research Institute at UniSA and the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore together hold an international collaborative grant - Fluid Flow and Lubrication at the Nanometre Scale - under the Australia-India Strategic Research Fund (AISRF). This bilateral fund is co-sponsored by the Australian Government through the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research and the Indian Government through its Department of Science and Technology.
AISRF Research overview
One of the activities sponsored under this grant is a series of
workshops held jointly between the two institutions, allowing the
researchers with an interest in the project to meet and discuss research
directions and results. The first of these was held in Adelaide on 22-24
October 2008, under the title “Microfluidic Design and Device
Fabrication”.
