Research Concentrations
The highly experienced
academic and research staff within the Division have practical and
advanced academic qualifications. They are able to offer
practical
research and consultancy services based on their understanding
of the needs of the industry with which they are associated.
The research centres and groups provide professional skill base, together
with comprehensive knowledge of world-wide practices and conduct their
research in specialised facilities.
The range of research and consultancy offered to industry is from
basic research and design through to the finalisation and outcomes.
Many postgraduate research graduates have been employed by the various
centres for their research and teaching skills.
