What is the double degree package?

Internationally and nationally employers have expressed a preference for university graduates with proven experience in a professional work environment. This double degree package is designed to meet this need by providing flexible opportunities for students to enhance their graduate professional practice skills together with extended core knowledge in their chosen profession.

Each of the specialisations in the Graduate Diploma in Professional Practice are directly linked to a corresponding specialisation in a wide range of 1.5 year Master programs offered by UniSA’s Division of Information Technology, Engineering and the Environment. Students can choose from a range of core professional practice courses and tailor their program of study to suit their needs.

On completion of the Graduate Diploma students will receive credit for 4 courses on enrolling in the corresponding Master program. This provides a unique double degree package which will be completed in 2 years of full time study. Students will graduate with both degrees, which combined will demonstrate clearly to employers that they have the professional skills they value.
