The following Microsoft Windows operating systems are supported:
- Windows Vista
- XP Pro (preferred OS)
- XP Home
- Windows 2000
- Windows ME
- Windows 98
Macintosh (OS X) and Linux notebooks can also take advantage of the wireless network however these systems are not supported by UniSA.
