To initiate the process to change your username you first must contact your HR Officer to initiate the change by updating your HR record. Once they have made that update they should contact the IT Help Desk to have your username updated on our network and other systems.
The change of your username will then be performed at a date and time agreed between you and the IT Help Desk. Please be aware that you should not use your account after 4pm on the agreed day.
Some of the services you use may require overnight processes to run in order for them to associate you with your new username. By the start of business the following day you should be able to login with your new account and get access to:

If you experiencing difficulty accessing services after your username change please contact the IT Help Desk quoting your username and Service Call number associated with the original change.
Please Note: A valid reason is required to have your username changed (e.g. you have changed your name via deed poll).
