UniSA staff members and certain postgraduate students (Masters and PhD) can apply for a UniSA dial-up account. To apply for a dial-up account please download and complete an application form (PDF 39.2KB download Adobe Acrobat). All forms require the appropriate school or division cost centre authorisation.
These accounts are valid for one year from activation. You will be notified by email when your account is due for renewal, and your account will be renewed and charged to your cost centre automatically.
The application form should be faxed to the IT Help Desk on x25012 or mailed through the internal post to:
