Who do I see if I am having a problem with my PC (hardware or software) in my office or school?

If possible you should raise a self service call giving as much detail as possible about the problem you are experiencing and include, if known, your local IT support group. You can also call the Help Desk on +61 8 8302 5000. A service call will be raised to your local IT support group who will investigate the problem.

If the problem is diagnosed as a hardware fault IT Support officer will forward the relevant information to the IT Help Desk by email or phone. The details required include:
