The University has Proxy servers and Firewalls in place to protect the University infrastructure from outside attacks. Any necessary configuring of third party software to work with Proxy server and Firewalls is available upon request.
Staff can request help with software that needs configuring with the Proxy server and Firewall from their local IT support group via the IT Help Desk
